Where can I find a funky rain coat to wear at a festival?

Ideally I’d like one that’s red with big white spots to match a pair of wellies I’ve seen. Otherwise anything with spots/polka dots or just something really funky that’s going to stand out. It must be completely waterproof, I’ve learnt my lesson from wearing cheap waterproofs before and it was completely miserable.

Whats the point? Everyone will just think your a smelly hippy..
